Advanced 250-Hour Practitioner Program

The ancient teachings of Yoga are rooted in the understanding of Ayurveda, the innate knowledge of life. In this advanced course, you will begin to understand the deep teachings of Yoga & Ayurveda as an integrative therapy. Master teachers from India, California, Maui and Toronto will guide you to cultivate an in-depth understanding of how Ayurveda and Yoga work together to optimize health, prevent dis-ease and aid in rehabilitation.

This course is designed for the intermediate and advanced yoga teacher or natural health practitioner with interest in practicing Ayu-Yog as a therapy.

 

Ayurvedic Spa Therapist Program

200-Hour Practitioner Program

Ayurvedic treatments provide individualized care with customized, unique therapies for the best results in beauty, relaxation and rejuvenation. The Ayurvedic Spa Practitioner program is a comprehensive course that addresses the importance of an inner and outer beauty regime, and emphasizes the significance of creating, nurturing and maintaining a positive and healthy lifestyle.

This course will address the core principles of Ayurvedic Beauty including: an introduction to Ayurveda philosophy, Dosha evaluation and suggestive Ayurveda therapies for skin & body care. Students will learn hands-on applications of various traditional Ayurveda Therapies include bodywork, body wraps, facials & skin treatments, hair & scalp treatments, detoxification & rejuvenation procedures, nutrition, creating herbal concoctions and more. This course is open to all levels.
